PRIMARY TASKS OF THE DIRECTOR OF PROPERTY ACCOUNTINGOversee all property accounting including preparation of journal vouchers, accruals, income, and expense items related to assigned properties.Maintenance of systems and documentation relating to capital expenditures, fixed assets, and lease data including rent ups, CAM, and accruals.Provides accounting support on GAAP related issues for revenue recognition, fixed asset & depreciation, WIP, expenses and other areas.Manages data for month, quarter, and year end close, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting needs of the organization and all external parties.Prepares financial statements and reports, conducts analysis, and adheres to organizational financial policies.Supporting management by resolving discrepancies and preparing data for decision making process.Conducts financial analysis, ensures compliance for debt arrangements, coordinates with external financial partners.
