Assist product ownership with translating product vision and business requests for our Inventory, Retail and Warranty (IRW) software development team, increasing productivity by ensuring alignment with other software teams that integrate with IRW.
Role & ResponsibilityCollaborate with product owners to understand business requirements and translate these objectives into tangible work for our software teamFacilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration and coordination in software developmentAssist product owners in the review and approval of completed work by the software team, ensuring alignment with business requirements and quality functionalityContinuously assess and optimize workflows within the IRW agile team, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains to enhance overall productivityJob Requirement
FORMAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:High School Diploma or Equivalent. Working towards a bachelor's degree in MIS or Computer Science.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED
Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing in IT related field - you must be currently enrolled in a college degree program.3.0 or higher GPA preferredAble to commit full-time to DDIA for the entire term of the co-op (8 months)Willing to relocate to West Fargo, NDExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAble to understand business requirements and develop systems that meet the business needsWork under pressure and prioritize and manage workloadAbility to self-manage to complete assigned activities when provided with requirementsAbility to work effectively with multi-culture and multi-language environmentStrong troubleshooting skillsAgile or SAFe experience is preferredTraining can be provided for Agile/SAFe frameworksMinimum Experience: 0 >2 years**This is a paid position
