Job Information
Provide internal PC support and management in the form of installing software and updates, diagnosing hardware and software problems; and repairing PCs as well as peripheral equipment.

FORMAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:High School Diploma or Equivalent. Working towards a Bachelor's Degree in MIS or Computer Science.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED
A working knowledge and understanding of client computing technologies and their inter-workings.Ability to follow written instructionsMust be knowledgeable in PC hardware and softwareExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong Interpersonal skillsStrong Troubleshooting SkillsWork under pressure and prioritize and manage workloadAbility to complete assigned activities as well as meet milestonesAbility to multi-task technical fastRelocation to site is requiredMinimum Experience: 0 >2 years***This is a paid position
