Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute product vision and roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needsDefine the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and customer needsCollaborate with stakeholders across the organization to communicate product vision and roadmap and gather feedbackEnsure the development team understands the features and acceptance criteria and clarify requirements with the stakeholders where necessaryContinuously analyze and prioritize feedback from users and stakeholders to identify improvements and adjust the product backlog accordinglyEnsure successful delivery of the product, working closely with the development team to ensure features are delivered timely and of high qualityOwn and manage knowledge documentation in support of the productCommunicate progress and updates on product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and executive leadershipBuild and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersContinuously stay up-to-date with market trends, technology advancements, and industry-leading practices in product management and ownershipQualifications

Education

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration, or in lieu of a degree, at least 7 years of experience in the field of technology product management

Preferred

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)

Knowledge & Experience

4-6 years of experience in technology product management with experience in launching and managing successful productsIn-depth knowledge of product development and launch processes, including agile methodologiesIn-depth knowledge of production innovation methodologies and leading practicesAbility to think strategically, design requirements in alignment with the business vision, and apply market trendsExperience with hardware or software product developmentKnowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and customer-centric design thinkingStrong understanding of business processes, including IT, vendor management, and software development lifecycleExcellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical solutions into business languageTechnical Skills

Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) MethodologyProduct Analytics ToolsCustomer Relationship ManagementMarket Research & Competitive AnalysisProduct Strategy & PlanningProduct Risk ManagementProduct Optimization & Growth Strategy DevelopmentProduct Requirements Gathering & DocumentationReporting ToolsWireframing and Prototyping ToolsBusiness AnalysisUser Research and Testing ToolsPreferred

5+ years of experience in Backlog Prioritization and Grooming. Implemented any of the prioritization frameworks (preferably RICE or MoSCoW)5+ years of experience in DevOps.3+ years of experience in managing backlogs in JIRAAny PaaS Certifications (preferably Azure)Experience with Developer tools like Git, Artifcatory, DockerExperience with data-driven decision making.

This position is eligible to work in the office three days a week and has the option to work remotely two days a week.
