The technical lead will partner with world-class librarians and technologists as Yale Library builds out new programs related to data management, research support, and scholarly communication.Position Details:Permanent, Full-Time, Business HoursFlexible work location, eligible for full remote work in approved US states, relocation benefits available for hybrid or on-site candidatesProfessional, Grade 25 ($77,400 - $130,900), experience-based, masters degree not requiredThe technical lead bridges library staff, vendors, engineers, and system administrators to set up and maintain new IT services for Yale Library. On a given day, the Lead may implement configuration changes in Dataverse, collaborate with a vendor to troubleshoot ArcGIS, or assist in an evaluation of our institutional repository. The successful candidate will partner with library staff in a complex university environment to ensure that Library IT services keep pace with user expectations.Yale Library is committed to developing the knowledge, skills, and abilities of its staff.
