Our client is seeking a Small Animal Medical Director to lead the medical operations of their clinic. The Medical Director will ensure the highest standard of patient care while fostering a positive workplace environment for the veterinary team. This leadership role involves mentoring Associate Veterinarians, overseeing clinic operations, and working alongside the Clinic Manager to maintain clinic success. Additionally, the Medical Director will fulfil the responsibilities of an Associate Veterinarian, delivering excellent medical care to patients.
In this position, your responsibilities will include:Ensure safe, effective, and high-quality veterinary care for all patients.Mentor and coach Associate Veterinarians through regular feedback and case discussions.Address performance issues and maintain a high-performing team.Conduct regular team meetings to strengthen clinic culture and communication.Collaborate with the Clinic Manager to provide an outstanding client experience and address client concerns.Package:
