Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This is a unique opportunity to play an integral role in a fast-paced, growing legal department. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with a variety of legal matters, including corporate governance, contract review, and compliance matters. You will be working closely with our legal team and other departments within the company to ensure the smooth operation of our legal processes. This position requires a high degree of self-motivation, professionalism, discretion, and ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the preparation and management of corporate documents/materials.
  2. Work with the legal team on corporate governance matters, including preparation of board resolutions and meeting minutes, maintaining corporate records, and managing our corporate entities.
  3. Review, redline, and negotiate contracts and agreements, including vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other business contracts.
  4. Conduct legal research and assist in the preparation of legal memos, policies, and procedures.
  5. Assist with compliance matters, including the development and implementation of policies and procedures, training materials, and compliance monitoring tools.
Job Details

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal in a corporate setting or law firm, with a focus on corporate law.
  2. Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certification strongly preferred.
  3. Strong knowledge of corporate law and governance principles.
  4. Proven experience reviewing, redlining, and negotiating contracts.
  5. Excellent research and report-writing skills.
