Job Details

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic communications plans to support our company's objectives and increase brand awareness.
  2. Manage and create content for various communication channels such as corporate website, social media, newsletters, press releases, and other publications.
  3. Develop and maintain editorial calendars to ensure timely execution of communication strategies.
  4. Collaborate with different departments to gather information and craft clear, compelling messages for various audiences.
  5. Manage media relations and maximize media opportunities.
  6. Oversee crisis communication, prepare crisis communication materials, and coordinate the company's response in emergency situations.
  7. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and make necessary adjustments.
  8. Ensure all communications are compliant with industry regulations.
  9. Manage the communications team, provide guidance, and ensure the team meets its objectives.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Finance industry.
  3. Proven experience in developing and implementing communication strategies.
  4. Solid experience with editorial calendars and content creation.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Strong leadership and project management skills.
  7. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Proficiency in using social media platforms and other digital communication tools.
  9. Knowledge of finance industry trends and regulations.
  10. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  11. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  12. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
