Traditional Medicare Billing Collections Specialist

What are the responsibilities?

• Will cover traditional Medicare account
• Billing and following up with claims
• Balance conciliation
• Claims corrections, etc

What is the schedule?

• We offer a fully remote schedule with flexible hours
• The first 90 days are on site so you can learn our systems. Those hours are 6a – 2:45p.
• Overtime and shift differentials are available
• Overtime is time and half after 40 hours in a week

What systems do we use?

• SSI is our billing application
• STAR contains our patient demographic details, charges, diagnosis, insurance information,
• DDE is our claims status system
• MMX is our documentation and communication tool with other departments.

What is our team like?
