We are seeking an energetic and strategic Trade and Pricing Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position within our Manufacturing department, where you will be responsible for managing and executing pricing strategies, overseeing trade promotions, and driving sales growth. You will be a key player in our organization, using your analytical skills and industry knowledge to ensure our company remains competitive and profitable. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has a strong background in trade and pricing management.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective trade and pricing strategies that align with our business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize trade promotions and analyze their impact on sales and profitability.
  3. Use Microsoft Dynamics D365 to manage and track pricing data, trade spend, and other key performance indicators.
  4. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
  5. Develop and maintain a robust pricing model to ensure our products are competitively priced in the market.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for new product launches and promotions.
  7. Monitor and adjust pricing strategies based on market changes, cost fluctuations, and other external factors.
  8. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and market trends.
  9. Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements related to pricing and trade promotions.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade and pricing management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  3. Proficiency in Dynamics D365, and CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) is required.
  4. Proven experience in sales and developing pricing strategies.
  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  7. Strong understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement.
  8. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  9. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  10. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
