Salary: $260,000 - $315,000 per year

We are a leading national law firm, seeks an experienced Estate Litigation Attorney to join its thriving Trusts and Estates practice group.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to work in a collaborative environment, handling complex estate, probate, and trust litigation matters.

The successful candidate will represent clients in various disputes related to wills, trusts, fiduciary duties, and estate administration.

• Represent beneficiaries, trustees, and fiduciaries in trust and estate litigation, including disputes over will contests, breaches of fiduciary duty, and probate matters.
• Prepare legal strategies, draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Appear in state and federal courts for hearings, trials, and mediations.
• Conduct discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, and document review.
• Work with experts in various fields such as tax, forensic accounting, and valuation to develop cases.
• Provide clients with legal advice on estate and trust-related disputes, including conflict resolution and mediation strategies.
• Manage a diverse caseload of complex, high-value estate and trust litigation matters.
• Collaborate with the firm’s tax and trusts and estates teams on multi-disciplinary legal issues.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in [Insert Relevant Jurisdictions].
• 5+ years of experience in estate, trust, and probate litigation.
• Strong knowledge of estate planning, probate law, and fiduciary responsibilities.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills, with trial and courtroom experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage cases from start to finish with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a client-first approach and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and case management skills.
