Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day field operations, ensuring project quality, safety, and timely completion
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain effective communication
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Implement and enforce safety protocols on job sites
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Collaborate with preconstruction teams to provide valuable field insights
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office suite
- OSHA 30-hour certification
