Salary: $78,000 - $98,000 per year
A bit about us:We are a leader in hydraulic cylinder solutions with over 70 people and are growing quickly! Currently, our team in Great Bend is in need of an experienced QA Manager to oversee a team of two employees directly.

- Associates Degree, Bachelor's degree, or higher
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role
- 3+ years of experience in a quality related role in a manufacturing/industrial environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- ISO 9001:2015 audit training, ISO auditor experience is a plus
- Root cause corrective action experience
- Experience with project management
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Experience with large OEM-style quality programs and requirements
