Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 per year
A bit about us:We are a heavy steel structure and fabrication company, offering a complete line of bridge structures. Our steel is used in bridges all over the United States. We use high-tech CNC equipment to fabricate tons of structural steel every year. Due to growth, we are seeking a Plant Manager who will be responsible for the overall management of our Florida plant which has roughly 135 employees.

- Bachelor’s degree in a manufacturing-related field (engineering, business, supply chain, quality, etc.) is required.
- 10 or more years of experience in manufacturing
- Experience managing a plant of 100+ employees
- Experience in the fabrication industry a plus
- Experience driving continuous improvement and safety
- Strong LEAN Six Sigma manufacturing experience; a Green Belt and/or Black Belt is a plus
- Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) a plus
- Prior work experience in a unionized environment is a plus.
