Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
A bit about us:This company is a national builder / developer of luxury multi family builds. For the most part their work is ground up builds in the northern VA and DC areas. The company has a great history of documented career growth for their employees and teams.
This is a great opportunity to get mentored by a seasoned VP and Project executive. Previous experience in wood frame construction is required.

Job DetailsExperience with ground up, wood/stick frame multifamily construction
Experience supporting the project management team in all aspects of project construction/builds
Previous role as a project engineer and/or APM
Coordination with subcontractors including invoicing / pricing
Supporting safety measures/quality
Understanding of permitting/grading etc
Experience with multiple methods of construction in the space (wrap/podium/garden style)
