Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 per year
A bit about us:This is a full time permanent position with full salary, benefits, and room to grow. In this role you will be working directly with a PM and VP of the company focused on the development and build of a key project right near Dulles.

At least one to two large scale residential or commercial construction projects on your project list
Experience with garden and/or wrap style construction
From a scale perspective, familiarity building 200+ unit projects
Ground up construction experience is a must for this position. This company does zero TI or fit out projects. All out of the ground.
Strong experience in multifamily or luxury multifamily (Class-A housing) is preferred
