Salary: $120,000 - $175,000 per year

Management team that provides mentorship and hands on leadership when needed

Accountable for overall project success, including profitability, schedule, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Responsible for directing project management and field staff to execute project strategy and overcome challenges.

Establishes and maintains positive relationships with clients and stakeholders associated with each construction project.

Manages and mentors Project Engineers and interns.

Oversees assigned projects per company processes, from Pre-Construction through Closeout.

Supports the Project Superintendents to manage and maintain project schedule

Manages overall project budget and finances to achieve margin, cashflow and profit goals.

Visits and/or works from construction sites to monitor project progress and address issues in a timely manner.

Monitors and manages health, safety, and OSHA requirements.
