We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team. The Restaurant Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. We are in search of a dynamic Permanent Luxury Restaurant Manager to join our esteemed team. This individual will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our high-end restaurant, ensuring the delivery of top-notch service that meets our patrons' high expectations. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering unparalleled dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily operations, ensuring that our restaurant consistently provides high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
  2. Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve the restaurant's performance and enhance the dining experience.
  3. Work closely with the culinary team to create and update menus, ensuring a variety of exciting and appealing options that cater to our discerning clientele.
  4. Manage the restaurant's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  5. Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure that all team members are well-informed and equipped to deliver excellent service.
  6. Maintain a strong knowledge of the latest trends in the luxury dining industry, incorporating these into our restaurant's operations where appropriate.
  7. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the restaurant.
  8. Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, taking appropriate action to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  9. Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other industry professionals.

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a managerial role in the luxury dining or hospitality industry.
  2. Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage management, customer service, and financial management.
  3. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  5. Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  6. A deep understanding of the luxury dining market and current industry trends.
  7. Proven ability to handle high-stress situations and resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally.
  8. A passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service.
  9. A degree in hospitality management or a related field would be advantageous.
  10. Knowledge and experience with tequila, including its production, varieties, and pairing with food, would be a significant plus.
