Responsibilities:

As a Consulting General Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing expert advice and guidance to our clients in the restaurant industry on financial matters.
  2. Analyzing financial data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  3. Developing and implementing financial strategies and plans to improve profitability and efficiency.
  4. Conducting financial audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  5. Training and mentoring restaurant staff on financial management practices and procedures.
  6. Supervising the implementation of financial management systems and procedures.
  7. Providing orientation to new restaurant staff on financial management practices and procedures.
  8. Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored financial solutions.
  9. Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the restaurant and finance industries.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  1. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management practices and procedures.
  2. Proven experience in training, supervising, and orienting staff.
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound financial decisions.
