Job Details:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior React Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative technology team. This is a permanent, hybrid role that offers the flexibility of remote work and the synergy of in-office collaboration. As a Senior React Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our mission to produce top-tier software solutions and applications that push the boundaries of technology. You will work alongside a team of passionate, driven, and talented engineers to create world-class digital experiences.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using React.js, Node.js, and Next.js.
2. Utilize TypeScript and JavaScript to create scalable and efficient code.
3. Design and implement robust, scalable systems using AWS cloud services.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
5. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
6. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
7. Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
8. Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and iterative development.
9. Provide technical guidance, support, and mentorship to junior developers.
10. Stay up-to-date with new technology trends, applications, and programming languages.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, and Next.js.
3. Proficient understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS).
4. Strong knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
5. Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
6. Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
7. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
8. Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach.
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
