Physician - General Radiation Oncologist

seeks a Radiation Oncologist (ranks available: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor). The successful candidate will be expected to practice in
Morgantown, WV.
Duties:
The successful candidate will practice in the areas of
Radiation/Oncology.
In addition to providing excellent patient care, the successful candidate will also be actively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows
Qualifications : Candidate must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and be eligible for state medical license. Successful candidate must have completed
Radiation Oncology
residency program. Successful candidates must be board certified / eligible in
Radiation Oncology.
All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.

The WVU Cancer Institute is West Virginia's premier cancer treatment center. Multidisciplinary medical teams use the latest cancer therapies to deliver the best possible treatment to patients in West Virginia and adjacent border states. We have a very active clinical trials program, pharmaceutical studies, and emerging statewide clinical trials network.
The West Virginia University Health System is West Virginia's largest health system and the state's largest employer. The System has undergone significant expansion in specialty and sub-specialty care in areas such as cancer, heart and vascular, and neuroscience, among many others. The Health System operates West Virginia's first and only multi-organ transplant center, and opened a new, 150-bed Children's Hospital in September 2022.
Today, the WVU Health System has more than 2,400 licensed beds, 3,900 providers, and nearly 30,000 employees.
