Software Integration Engineer III

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Software Integration Engineer to join our team! The Software Integration Engineer shall be responsible for supporting the CASA Compute Environment (CCE) SaaS team and mission services. The CCE provides several containerized services that customers can provision and access on demand inside of a Kubernetes cluster. Some of the services include SPARTANDESK, Gitlab CI/CD, Jupyter Notebooks, MinIO, and several other products. The Software Integration Engineer shall perform maintenance and troubleshooting of containerized applications, upgrade services, and assist customers using the CCE. Additional tasking shall include customer support to CCE customers across several Hustle channels and via help desk tickets. Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and have at least eight (8) years of demonstrable experience with integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, compiling, and supporting COTS/GOTS software in a heterogeneous operating system environment. OR The individual shall have five (5) years full time Computer Science directly related work that can be substituted for a degree and have at least eight (8) years of demonstrable experience. OR An industry recognized professional certification, as defined in the TTOs, may substitute as one (1) year experience. A Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field may substitute for two (2) years of experience. Position Required Skills Experience using the Linux CLI Experience with Bash/Python scripting Experience creating containerized applications/services using Docker/containerd Experience migrating applications into containerized environments Experience with creating Helm Charts for Kubernetes Experience with deploying and maintaining services on Kubernetes Experience with creating and managing Gitlab CI/CD pipelines Experience providing customer outreach and troubleshooting support Experience with Git Source Control System Position Desired Skills Experience with the Atlassian Tool suite including Confluence and Jira Willingness to demonstrate functionality to the CCE user community as needed
