We need a compassionate andreliable RN to provide care and treatment to ill, injured, and recoveringadults in our patient centered care model. In this role you will be required tomake clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously. Youwould be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other whileproviding excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE: Collectcomprehensive data pertinent to the patients health or situation Advocatefor patients as part of the interdisciplinary team Analyzethe assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues Identifyexpected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation Act asan advocate for patient safety. Ensureeffective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment. Educatepatients regarding their medications, procedure and treatments, providingpatients and their families with support throughout their stay. Job Requirements: 1 year of Recent RN experience.(Does not need to have acute care experience.
