Job DescriptionLockheed Martin is currently seeking a meticulous Electromechanical Quality Inspector to ensure the quality and reliability of our electromechanical products. As an Electromechanical Inspector, you will play a crucial role in inspecting components, housings, and finished assemblies to ensure they meet established work instructions, industry standards, and drawings.What You Will Be Doing Duties include but are not limited to: •Inspect components, housings, and finished assemblies of electromechanical products using low/high-power microscopes, test equipment, and handheld inspection tools.•Verify conformance to established work instructions, industry standards, and drawings.•Record inspection results accurately and promptly into the Quality Management System (QMS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.•Collaborate closely with engineering teams to report and document non-conformances.•Work with engineering to provide detailed reports on non-conformances and assist in implementing corrective actions.•Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.•Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection processes and efficiency.Why Join UsDo you want to be part of a company culture that empowers employees to think big, lead with a growth mindset, and make the impossible a reality? Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.National Pay StatementPay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $43,100 - $82,600. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.
