Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

Assessing patient health needs and developing individualized care plans

Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Monitoring patient vital signs and responses to treatment

Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and implement comprehensive care plans

Providing education and support to residents and their families

Documenting patient care accurately and timely in electronic medical records

Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures

Participating in quality improvement initiatives and staff development programs

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

RN license in NJ

LTC/SNF experience
