Job Title: Registered Nurse - Neuro Telemetry Location: Everett, WA Partner Facility: Level II Trauma Center Trusted Staffe is engaged in a search for a dedicated Registered Nurse - Neuro Telemetry on behalf of our partner, a leading Level II trauma center in Everett, WA. Key Responsibilities: Provide specialized nursing care for patients with neurological conditions on a telemetry unit. Monitor and interpret patient data, including cardiac rhythms and neurological status. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and recovery processes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with healthcare standards. Required Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited nursing program. Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License. Upon hire: National Provider BLS American Heart Association. Within 90 days of hire: National Provider ACLS American Heart Association. Within 90 days of hire: National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate NIH Stroke Scale Training Course. 1-year Nursing experience.
