Trusted Staffe is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specialized in Neuro Telemetry for a full-time night shift position at a Level II Trauma Center in Everett, WA. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage patients with neurological conditions, including stroke and other critical cases.
Perform regular assessments and interpret data from telemetry monitors.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
Provide patient and family education on neurological conditions and post-discharge care.
Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
Licensure:
Washington Registered Nurse License (upon hire).
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (upon hire).
National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association (within 90 days of hire).
National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course (within 90 days of hire).
Experience:
Minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in a telemetry or neuro unit.
