Who Are You?
You have experience in every aspect of managing a virtual intensive outpatient program for substance use disorders (SUD) or mental health
Your proven track record includes successful oversight of marketing, admissions, billing, treatment, and discharge processes
You are capable of setting up a CRM, video conferencing software, and EMR systems

is a privately-funded mental health company offering a virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP) for adults facing mental health challenges. We’re starting in California and plan to expand nationally.

Your Role & Duties
Collaborate with the CEO to unify all aspects of the program including accreditation and compliance, marketing, admissions, insurance, billing, client treatment, and discharge
Finance
- Defines budget; allocate resources and staffing to support effective treatment
Marketing
- Works in lockstep with marketing on website, PPC advertising, SEO, and social media
Tech
- Implements CRM and EMR software
Compliance -
Ensures compliance with all accreditations, contracts, state, and federal laws
Growth
Strategy
Engages referral sources, builds relationships with clinical partners
Establishes presence and generates interest in our program
Attains client feedback through outcome surveys and identifies areas for improvement
Operations
Establishes standard operating procedures for cross-functional collaboration with marketing, admissions, clinical, and billing
Ensures achievement of business objectives through day-to-day operational, financial, clinical, and regulatory oversight of the program
Manages the time of therapists, psychiatrists, and other personnel
Recruits, trains, and develops employees
Leads the staff and clients in crisis management protocols during emergency events
Qualifications
Los Angeles residency preferred
Minimum 7 years’ experience in behavioral health (mental health, SUD, etc.)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in intensive outpatient (IOP) operations management
Expert with HIPAA, Federal, State, Joint Commission standards and regulations
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: From $130,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
