Job Title:
Clinical Director – PHP/IOP Facility (Substance Use Disorder)
Position Overview:The Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for clients with Substance Use Disorder (SUD). The role ensures that high-quality, evidence-based care is provided, while ensuring regulatory compliance and staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee clinical operations, ensuring quality care is delivered to all clients in the PHP/IOP programs.
Supervise, train, and mentor clinical staff, including therapists and support staff.
Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment programs and services to meet client needs and regulatory standards.
Monitor compliance with state, federal, and organizational policies and regulations.
Manage the hiring, performance evaluations, and continuous professional development of clinical staff.
Provide clinical guidance and support to ensure effective treatment planning and interventions.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Ensure that clinical documentation and records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
Master’s or Doctorate degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
Licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in SUD treatment programs.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Job Types:

Pay:
$75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
Expected hours:
