We are seeking a
CLINICAL DIRECTOR
for a new Outpatient Program providing PHP and IOP services to adolescents.
The Clinical Director is responsible for providing oversight and leadership for clinical functions for a mental health program providing outpatient services to adolescents. The Clinical Director leads the clinical team by providing individual and group supervision and case consultation to a team of therapists. The Clinical Director is responsible for ensuring services adhere to all applicable state requirements, regulatory standards, and internal policies and practices. The Clinical Director is responsible for managing labor resources (FTEs) and adhering to a Departmental budget. The Clinical Director will provide other clinical related services as assigned by the COO.
Must hold an OH License as an LPCC.

Facility-based Position - Salary Commensurate with Experience
