The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical patent litigation, including Hatch-Waxman litigation, and will provide strategic counsel in disputes within the pharmaceutical sector.Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis related to pharmaceutical patent litigation matters.Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Manage discovery processes, including document collection, review, and production.Assist with deposition preparation and witness interviews.Collaborate with partners and senior associates on case strategy and client communications.Attend hearings, trials, and arbitrations as necessary.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical patent litigation, focusing on Hatch-Waxman litigation and dispute counseling.Undergraduate degree in biology, chemistry, or other relevant pharmaceutical industry fields.Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.Admission to the Bar in the United States.Registration to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office, or ability to qualify, is preferred.Skills:Strong analytical and research skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and accuracy in work product.Team player with a collaborative mindset.Proficiency in legal research tools and litigation support software.
