You will lead daily client relations, plan and execute day-to-day project deliverables, support and lead client teams and conceptualize strategies, pitches and media placements. This person will work closely with client leads and internal staff, delegating to peers and junior staff and develop and advance strategy with senior leaders. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in honing their communications skills in support of Fortune 500 companies, large global organizations with expansive portfolios across every real estate asset class, and who can work directly with senior executives at these firms to plan and implement holistic communications strategies. As part of the Real Estate vertical, you will be encouraged to take the lead on client initiatives and work, and help further grow the practice area.Role location:

This role is based in our New York, N.Y. office on a hybrid basis. The Cities team is in-office 3 days per week.ACCOUNTABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONSAs a Senior Account Executive on the Cities & Real Estate team you will…Develop and implement strategy and campaign planning for multiple high-profile client accountsEngage with key reporters and editorsUse your knowledge of the media landscape to develop creative, interesting opportunities to promote clients and generate earned media coverageWrite and edit persuasive external and internal documents such as press releases, op-eds, fact sheets, talking points, editorial board memos and communications plansDraft and develop content that can be leveraged for both earned media and owned-channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram and other online platformsParticipate in business development opportunitiesManage internal client teams and mentor junior staffEssential skills:A minimum of 3-4 years of strategic communications experienceExperience in media relations and an interest in PR for clients in real estate, business, corporate communications, executive thought leadership and urbanismOutstanding project management skills, with the ability to prioritize work streams and track progress across multiple teamsAbility to multitask, handle multiple projects at once, work quickly and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detailDemonstrated relationships with reporters and strong news senseAble to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with varying levels of staff, clients, the media, etc.Ability to work with a team to meet group objectivesConfident communications skills to support with direct client communications via phone, email, video call and in-person meetingsA positive attitude and willingness to experiment with new tactics or platforms that support client objectivesWORKING AT BERLINROSENCompensation philosophy:
