The Coordinator will provide comprehensive support to the General Counsel and the entire Legal team, including managing calendars, facilitating the execution of legal agreements, and file tracking and maintenance. The ideal candidate has experience providing administrative support in the entertainment industry or at a law firm, stellar organization skills, and an enthusiasm for starting their career in a fast-paced, collegial environment.Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the department Executives including heavy calendar managementMaintain and organize shared drives and electronic filing systemsHandle regular distribution and facilitate execution of agreementsCreate and update project management listsPrepare and process outside counsel bills, vendor bills, etc.Compile documentation and submit monthly expense reports, as neededAd hoc projects and duties as required, such as filing, copying, expenses, preparing agendas/resolutions for meetingsRequirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceMust have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States1-2 years’ administrative experience, within Legal and/or Entertainment industries a plusHighly proficient with MS Software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and DocuSignExperience formatting, redacting, comparing, and editing PDFs utilizing Adobe AcrobatEffective and efficient written, verbal, interpersonal communication skills; ability to interface with staff, other administrators, senior management, external contactsProven ability to manage and disseminate a high volume of information and material flowing through the department punctually, properly, and confidentially; high level of integrity and discretion is a mustSelf-motivated and proactive; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently, and meet strict deadlines for completing tasksExcellent organizational skills with superior follow-through and follow-upProven ability to handle confidential and sensitive informationThe hourly range for this non-exempt position in Los Angeles is $24.00–27.00. The rate offered may vary based on the candidate’s location, qualifications, experience and relevant expertise, among other factors.
