The Role:

The Evinova Sr. Director of Technical Delivery to lead our technical teams specializing in data extracts, data integration, and shared services. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping the technical strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of our cutting-edge healthcare solutions. Technical Strategy & Innovation:

Develop and execute a comprehensive technical delivery strategy that aligns with Evinova's mission and business objectives.

Identify emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in data integration and shared services.

Lead the architectural design of complex systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

Leadership & Team Development:

Build and mentor high-performing technical teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Provide clear direction, set performance expectations, and conduct regular evaluations to promote professional growth.

Encourage a learning environment that embraces new ideas and methodologies.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including product development, clinical teams, and executive leadership, to align technical initiatives with business goals.

Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, clients, and vendors.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

Establish and enforce quality assurance protocols to ensure the highest standards of technical delivery.

Ensure all technical operations comply with industry regulations, particularly in a GxP and SaMD environment.

Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.

Operational Excellence:

Optimize resource allocation, including budgeting and staffing, to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the success of technical initiatives and team performance.

Drive continuous process improvement to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical delivery roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.

Proven experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry, particularly in clinical trials or related areas.

Deep understanding of data extraction, data integration, and shared services technologies.

Experience with modern data architectures, cloud platforms, and integration tools.

Familiarity with connected devices and integrating clinical systems such as eCOA, IVRS, EDC, and data lakes.

Experience working in regulated environments, ensuring compliance with GxP and SaMD standards.
