Job Overview:
A prominent law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Leasing Attorney with a minimum of three years of experience in handling commercial leases to join its Real Estate Group.Location:Duties:Draft and negotiate commercial leases and related agreements, such as term sheets, letters of intent, work letters, and SNDAs.Interact directly with clients, opposing counsel, brokers, and other relevant parties.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial leases and related agreements.Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of application.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree.Certifications:Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.Skills:Strong understanding of the commercial leasing market.Experience with leases for multiple property types, including office, retail, industrial, and life sciences.Substantial experience representing landlords.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to understand clients’ business objectives and produce work efficiently.Strong negotiating, analytical, and writing skills.Attention to detail and good business judgment.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work collaboratively or independently.Company Info:BCG Attorney Search225 Franklin Street, 26th floorBoston, Massachusetts, United States 02110Phone:
