Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a CSM Leader at Edia located in the San Francisco Bay Area, with flexibility for some remote work. The CSM Leader will be responsible for overseeing the customer success team, developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and ensuring the successful adoption of the AI math platform.

QualificationsCustomer Success Management, Leadership, and Team Management skillsExperience in developing and implementing customer success strategiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyKnowledge of K-12 education sector is a plusBachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field
