Fast. It's very common for newly affiliated real estate sales agents to have multiple transactions in their first weeks/months. This can be you. We would love to have you join the family today! Responsibilities Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes Nurture relationships that connect with clients to generate more sales Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings to ensure quick sales Respond to customers' calls, emails, and web requests Work with clients to stage, price, and market homes Qualifications Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently A successful and proven sales history is preferred Top-notch time management skills and highly organized Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills Tech-savvy Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma Valid driver's license Present yourself in a professional manner Must be able to work full-time plus evenings, with no exceptions Ability to work a flexible schedule Weekdays and weekend availability is a must The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Verbal and written communication skills Retail customer service experience is a plus Showing Assistant experience is preferred Compensation $120,000 at plan earnings About Drew Nicoll Real Estate Team Exp Realty The Drew Nicoll Real Estate Team is rapidly expanding and helping Agents across America build successful careers in Real Estate!
