Responsibilities
Follow-up with leads to increase sales Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth Qualifications
Must have a Real estate License in California Past sales experience is preferred Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Top-notch time management skills and highly organized Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) Compensation
