Preferred location: Central, Mountain or Pacific Time Zones | Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm
Responsibilities
Verifying home health care benefits for new home health and hospice clientsContacting insurance companies via phone and internet to obtain benefit & billing information timelyDocumenting benefits and communicating coverage info to internal service officesAssisting service offices with all benefits related correspondenceWork with various departments to coordinate coverage, authorization, and contract statusQualifications
Bachelor's Degree requiredMinimum 1 year of benefit experienceMust have Managed Medicare and Managed Medicaid experienceSuperb customer service and telephone skillsStrong follow up skills and attention to detailDemonstrated ability to work independently, as well as part of a team"All hands on deck" attitudeEager to learnOverall professional demeanor and presentationStrong PC skillsAlignment with our core values of
