Position Summary:

We are seeking a versatile and proactive Marketing & Communications Specialist to join the Necco team. This role will serve as a pivotal member of the marketing and communications department, providing support across various functions, including social media, digital marketing, business analysis, traffic management, copywriting and industry insights. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for driving brand awareness and engagement.

The candidate selected will be responsible for the following:

Social Media Management:

Develop and implement social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)Create and curate compelling content calendars, manage day-to-day posting, monitoring, and engagement activitiesAnalyze social media performance metrics and insights to optimize strategy and content effectivenessBusiness + Industry Analyst Liaison:

Collaborate with business analysts to gather and analyze market data, consumer insights, and competitive intelligenceTranslate insights into actionable recommendations to support marketing and communications strategies and initiativesStay informed about industry trends, market developments, and business insights relevant to the industryServe as a strategic communications partner, disseminating key industry and business insights to internal stakeholders and external partnersTraffic Manager:

Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of marketing and communications projectsServe as the primary point of contact for project status updates, task assignments, and deadline managementCopywriting:

Develop compelling and persuasive copy for various marketing materials, including but not limited to advertisements, social media posts, email campaigns, and website contentEnsure all copy is aligned with NECCO's brand voice, messaging, and communication objectivesPR / Earned Media:

Assist in developing and executing PR strategies to generate positive media coverage and enhance brand reputationSupport media relations efforts, including drafting press releases, pitching story ideas, and managing media inquiriesInternal Communications:

Support internal communication efforts by drafting and distributing templates for newsletters, memos, and announcements to keep employees informed and engagedAssist in organizing and facilitating internal events, meetings, and town halls as neededPosition Qualifications

BS/ BA or equivalent combination of education and work experience6 years in marketing and communications roles, with a proven track record of success in brand management, digital marketing, and integrated communications.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate partners to achieve goals.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated interest in crisis communications, media relations, and PR.Experience in social media management.Experience with digital analytics tools, and marketing automation software.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.Metrics-driven and analytical; proven ability to prioritize, drive, and achieve results under time constraints and pressureValid driver's license100/300/100 Auto Insurance CoverageTraining and Travel willingnessSuccessful completion of all required criminal background checksMust possess the skills to navigate and execute software programs (i.e Microsoft Office, Database, Electronic Health Record, Dashboard)
