As an Events Assistant at Messa Sync, you will support the planning and execution of company events, from corporate functions to promotional activities. You will coordinate logistics, manage event details, and ensure the smooth operation of all activities. Your role involves collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and clients to deliver successful events that align with the company's goals. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and organizing events, including logistics and scheduling.Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure event needs are met.Prepare event materials such as invitations, programs, and promotional content.Support on-site event management, ensuring everything runs smoothly.Handle administrative tasks such as managing budgets, tracking expenses, and reporting.Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders to provide event updates.Assist in post-event evaluation to identify areas for improvement.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.Previous experience in event coordination or a related role is a plus.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.Benefits
