Job Description:We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support our events team in planning and executing various events. The ideal candidate will be passionate about event coordination, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring our events run smoothly and meet the high standards of our clients.
Responsibilities:Assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish.Coordinate logistics, including venue bookings, catering, and equipment setup.Liaise with vendors, partners, and clients to ensure event requirements are met.Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and on-site registration.Support the marketing team with promotional activities for events.Prepare post-event reports to analyze success and areas for improvement.Skills Required:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.Benefits:
