Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and organized Events Assistant to support our event planning team. In this role, you will assist in the coordination and execution of various events, ensuring that all aspects run smoothly. Responsibilities:Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, vendor management, and scheduling.Help with the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all details are attended to.Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure seamless event execution.Maintain event documentation and track budgets.Support marketing efforts for events through social media and promotional materials.Provide on-site support during events to address any issues that arise.Skills Required:
