In this dynamic role, you’ll lead a team of expert product managers, driving the vision, strategy, and execution across the product lifecycle to ensure we remain ahead of industry trends. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—spanning R&D, marketing, and business development—to translate market insights and customer needs into innovative product offerings that push the boundaries of life sciences. How you will make an impact:

Leadership and Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear vision and strategy for the TriLink product portfolio, ensuring alignment with company near term tactical and longer-term strategic goals.

Team Management: Guide, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.

Market Insights: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs within the genomics field.

Product Development: Oversee the product development process from ideation through commercialization, ensuring that products are delivered on time and at or above budget.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, marketing, sales, regulatory, and operations teams to ensure cohesive product strategies and successful launches.

Customer Engagement: Cultivate relationships with key customers and stakeholders to gather insights, validate product concepts, and drive customer satisfaction.

Performance Measurement: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Budget Oversight: Manage the product management budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products adhere to relevant regulatory standards and industry guidelines.

Perform other functions and duties as required

The skills and experience that you will bring:

Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Genetics, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, or a related field preferred.

Experience: 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role within the genomics or biotechnology sectors.

Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of genomics technologies, including mRNA, CRISPR, NGS, PCR, and Oligos.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to guide, nurture, and inspire teams, driving performance and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Analytical Acumen: Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable strategies.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of presenting to executive teams and stakeholders.

Project Management: Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.

The anticipated salary range for this position is$260,000.00 - $285,000.00. In addition, highly competitive long-term incentives in the form of company equity, bonus participation and company sponsored benefits are provided as part of the total compensation package. The salary offer will depend on multiple factors which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications, as well as the location of the role.
