In this dynamic role, you'll spearhead the development of groundbreaking new products while revitalizing existing ones. You'll craft visionary product specs, establish strategic pricing, forecast market trends, and chart ambitious product/technical roadmaps. Your expertise will guide the go-to-market strategies and positioning, ensuring our products excel in the market. If you're ready to make a real impact, this is your opportunity to shine!How you will make an impact:Accountable for all aspects of portfolio strategy for managed products.Analyze market trends, customer requirements and competitive strategy, and find opportunities to grow customer and business value through product positioning and differentiation.Drive pre- and post-launch New Product Introduction (NPI) projects with cross-functional teams (including Marketing, Operations, and Commercial) to deliver committed results on time and within budget.Accountable for driving top and bottom-line financial results meeting or exceeding expectations for assigned product/service line, to include tracking and reporting on identified KPIs.Serve as product/service expert and technical resource to all stakeholders by developing and facilitating training, informing marketing initiatives, and building followership and buy-in from all stakeholders.Work effectively in global setting across different geographies and time zones.Develop and maintain forecasting, analysis, and market share attainments for product portfolio.Perform other functions and duties as required.The skills and experience that you will bring:Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry or Life Science.Master's Degree, MBA and/or PhD preferred.5-7 years of relevant work experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, with at least 4 years of product management experience required for Sr. Product Manager.Technical knowledge of nucleic acid, CRISPR, genomics, and gene therapy, etc. required.Experience with ERP and CRM required.Highly proficient in MS Office applications.Strong communication & presentation skills.Must demonstrate collaborative work style, with a strong ability to build relationships, gain credibility, and partner with internal customers.Strong organizational and project management skills.Experience building out business cases and financial models.Strong analytic skills with a familiarity with analytics programs and providing recommendations based upon data.Ability to summarize detailed data into an actionable recommendation for a variety of audiences.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with great attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced, results, and deadline-focused environment.The anticipated salary range for this position is $136,000 - $155,000. In addition, highly competitive long-term incentives in the form of company equity, bonus participation and company sponsored benefits are provided as part of the total compensation package.
