We seek a detail-oriented go-getter and problem-solver for an Administrative Assistant position at our busy law firm.

Responsibilities

•Provides administrative support for the Principal Attorney/CEO, assisting with her calendar, schedule, email, and day-to-day functions (professional and personal).•Correspond with vendors, contractors, and referral sources to establish/maintain professional relationships.•Organize and maintain office files, records, and notes.•Provide routine assistance with computers, printers, and other office equipment (setting up, fixing, etc.).•Manage procurement and order office supplies as needed.•Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing special projects to further the firm's growth and outreach.•Act as a backup to our intake team when one of them is out.•Participate in Estate Planning signing ceremonies as needed.•Personal assistant responsibilities for the Principal Attorney/CEO.•Social media management.•Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

•Prior administrative experience is strongly preferred, especially in an executive assistant capacity.•Very organized.•Strong grammar skills and attention to detail.•We are an Apple-based office, so you will need to know how to navigate and troubleshoot a Mac computer without needing the assistance of others.
