The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Probate law and will assist in estate planning and Medicaid matters as needed.Duties:Meet with prospective clients to discuss their probate needs.Handle all aspects of Probate and Estate Administration.Prepare Probate Accountings and Inventories.Work directly with clients to gather missing information.Assist the Estate Planning team on an as-needed basis.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in Probate law.Estate Planning and Medicaid experience is helpful.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Skills:Strong understanding of Probate and Estate Administration processes.Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.Proficiency in legal research and writing.
