We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Estate and Probate Attorney with 5-7 years of experience to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning and probate administration, and a demonstrated ability to manage complex cases and provide comprehensive legal counsel to high-net-worth clients.Responsibilities
The estate and probate associate attorney will handle and be responsible for all aspects of estate planning and estate and trust administration matters including:Handling basic to complex estate planning and estate and trust administrationDrafting trusts, wills, and other estate-planning documentsFamiliarity with probate forms and estate and trust accountingsMeeting with current and potential clients to discuss and recommend basic and complex estate planning strategiesCreating custom will and trust languageManaging all aspects of post-death administrationQualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolLicensed to practice law in the State of Ohio and good standing5-7 years minimum of experience practicing basic to complex estate planning and estate and trust administrationStrong understanding of estate and gift tax lawsExcellent analytical, research, and writing skillsExceptional organizational skillsAdvanced technological skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsCommitment to providing outstanding client serviceBenefits
