Our busy boutique Estate Planning and Probate law firm needs to add an associate attorney to play a key role with clients. You will become part of the team that resolves Estate Planning Issues, and be able to work on Estate Planning, Trust Administration, Conservatorships, Trust and Probate disputes as you guide clients through very personal decisions in their lives. We are searching for a highly analytical applicant who is capable of working part-time or as a contract attorney and possesses strong negotiation and organizational abilities to join our growing firm as an estate planning attorney with experience of Trust Litigation and Probate matters. You will guide them through the process of litigation. To guarantee that an estate is managed in accordance with the estate owner's intentions, this role demands a high degree of responsibility. We are a high-growth, fast-paced boutique law firm specializing in all aspects of Trusts/Estates/Probate/Conservatorships /Trust Litigation/Trust Administration. We are looking for a high-energy associate, looking to touch all sides of Trusts, Trust Administration and Trust Litigation. The ideal candidate will have at least a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Trusts/Estates/Trust Litigation/ Probate. As a boutique firm, the position requires cross-over in all areas of trusts/ probate/ trust litigation. Candidate should be someone who is interested in growing with the firm and is motivated, hard-working and has an excellent work ethic, but still enjoys a balanced life!
