Drafting, reviewing, and editing Accounting Petitions, Petitions for Instructions, Probate Petitions, Conservatorship Petitions, Ex Parte Applications, and other pleadings in the area of Probate LawOverseeing Trust Administrations, Probate cases, and Conservatorship cases from inception to closure of the caseReviewing Probate Notes and Tentative Rulings and addressing the same via SupplementsCollaborating with the Owner and Senior Associate Attorney to ensure case progress through the pipelineDelegating work to paralegals, legal assistants, and law clerks, and monitoring their workLeading and participating in initial consultations and client meetingsCultivating relationships with the firm’s existing and future clients by maintaining consistent and timely communicationAppearing at hearingsCoordinating with the billing department to generate invoices on mattersQualifications:

Our ideal Associate Attorney would have demonstrated experience in the following:Minimum of two (2) years experience in any two of the following areas: Estate Planning, Special Needs Planning, Trust Administration, Conservatorships, and/or ProbateLicensed with the California State BarHas the capacity to handle matters and clients independently (after a period of orientation and monitored work)Is dedicated to ensuring that clients receive top-notch service and resultsHas strong computer skills with extensive experience using MS Office Suite, timekeeping, and case management softwareMust have emotional intelligence and empathy.Ability to work in the office (this is not a remote position)Compensation:

$90,000 - $120,000 yearly DOE + bonus
